Great list! I used the help of cyberangels last year when a messageboard I moderate was traumatized by a guy collecting info on single women there and stalking them -- not just cyberstalking, but showing up at their workplaces. *shudders*

These online trolls and bullies often resort to lies to gather personal information -- for instance, the creep would offer to send something free (of moderate value) to a woman to obtain her address.
